Dear Kat & Jeff,

I felt compelled to write after your recent episode stirred something deep within me. The title alone—*Being Seen: The Deep Human Need That Love Is Meant to Answer*—touched a nerve I didn’t know was still raw.

For so long, I thought love meant being agreeable. Easy. Low-maintenance. I confused harmony with connection, and I lost count of how many times I silenced parts of myself just to keep the peace. But all along, what I was truly craving wasn’t agreement—it was presence. I wanted to feel *seen.*

Reading *Miracles Online* helped me name something I didn’t know how to express before. This idea that true connection isn’t about fixing or judging—it’s about witnessing. It’s about holding space for someone’s authentic self to emerge, and saying with your whole being: “You don’t have to perform here. You’re safe here.”

One line from the book has stayed with me: *“Love is not about finding someone who agrees with you, it’s about someone who can sit with you in the mystery of who you are becoming.”* That’s the kind of love I’m learning to give and receive now.

Thank you both for creating a space where real conversations like this can exist. Where the deeper truths of love, presence, and emotional safety aren’t just acknowledged—but honored.

With heartfelt gratitude,
– A Listener Who Finally Feels Seen
